Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping method is selected.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through the contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We offer a 30-day, no question asked, return policyandfree return shippingdomestically.You can return any item purchased from our online store (JACQUES-LEMANS.net) within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in its original packaging and properly packaged. All packing slips, manuals, accessories, and any free gifts must be returned as well. Stickers, labels, and serial numbers must be clean, as-new, intact, and in their original positions. If you'd like to return an item, please contact us through our contact form and we'll issue a return shipping label so you can return the items back to us. Once the items are received in original saleable condition, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price.

Please note we cannot refund any of the original shipping and handling charges.

Damages and issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please reach out to us ASAP through our contact form with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

A warranty of 2 years generally applies to the products acquired via JACQUES-LEMANS.net. Your watch is under warranty for all manufacturing defects. Excluded are defects through wear and tear caused by improper use, and defects caused by environmental influences.
